• Please ensure that you arrive promptly to your appointment.

• If you need to cancel or change this booking to a different time please do this prior to the appointment time.

• If you do not attend your scheduled appointment you will need to refer back to your instructions email for contact information – you will be unable to re-book.

Next Steps

• After your fitting, you will be asked to set up your ADA uniform ordering profile and place your order, please allow time to do this.

• Your uniform allocation and quantities are pre-determined by your employer and ADA are unable to modify this.

• NOTE: If you do not place your order you will not receive your uniform.
