If you need to cancel or change this booking to a different time please do this prior to the appointment time.
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment you will need to refer back to your instructions email for contact information – you will be unable to re-book.
Next Steps
After your fitting, you will be asked to set up your ADA uniform ordering profile and place your order, please allow time to do this.
Your uniform allocation and quantities are pre-determined by your employer and ADA are unable to modify this.
NOTE: If you do not place your order you will not receive your uniform.
